Take advantage of this valuable opportunity and hire a top realtor to guide you through what otherwise could be a complex and confusing process. If it won’t cost you, there’s no harm in interviewing a couple realtors and finding your perfect match. After all, you are making a significant life investment and need all the help you can get.
Reason #2: They provide expert counsel- On top of not paying a realtor anything, when you work with a buyer's agent you can receive vital experience and professional advise that you wouldn’t be privy to otherwise. Part of their job is to be knowledgeable of the local real estate market and they have developed a trained eye when touring homes, pointing out the pros and cons in every home you visit.

The relationship you have with your lender can make the mortgage process more efficient and definitely much more pleasant.
