Sunset Islands

About Sunset Islands

The Sunset Islands are a quartet of islands that feature just what the name implies: beautiful sunsets. Sunset Islands homes are a mix of waterfront and dry lot properties with architecture ranging from classic Mediterranean to modern, and each island enjoys privacy with secured gates 24 hours a day and access in two points, off of North Bay Road.

Sunset I and Sunset II are located on the upper portion of North Bay Road. The waterfront homes have dockage and no fixed bridges offering access to the Biscayne Bay and Atlantic Ocean. The two southernmost are Sunset III and IV. Like Islands I and II, magnificent sunsets across Biscayne Bay are enjoyed from westerly exposed Sunset III and IV homes. Sunset I and II are slightly further away from South Beach and Sunset III and IV are directly accessible to the Sunset Harbour neighborhood.

Sunset Islands residents enjoy privacy and a central location since homes are minutes away from Miami Beach’s famous Art Deco district and world-renowned streets like Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and Collins Avenue. Some of the Miami dining institutions, both casual and gourmet, are easily accessible including Joe’s Stone Crab, Prime 112, and Monty's on the Water. Homes on the Sunset Islands offer an intimate neighborhood within a thriving international destination, making them highly desirable in the domestic and international real estate marketplace.
