Miami's 54 story EPIC condo by the architectural firm of Revuelta, Vega, Leon is located near the Miami River, in an area where the river leads into the waters of Biscayne Bay. Besides its penthouses and one to three bedroom Miami condos for sale, the building also offers hotel suites. Also to the north is the American Airlines Arena and the Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center. The MacArthur Causeway is one of the easiest ways to get across Biscayne Bay and explore the popular city of Miami Beach.
